At the first BJJ training session you will:
Get ready
Stretch your muscles, stretch, pump your abs and waist, and work on your mobility
Learn the rules
After the warm-up, the instructor will give an introductory explanation of the principles and rules of fighting in BJJ.
Learn your first choke or sub
You will learn you to dominate positionally and how to apply your first choke hold.
Try yourself in action
Usually bjj training finishes with live rolling session where you can apply what you have learned during the class
